Data Deletion

Effective date: April 16, 2026

This page explains how a user can request deletion of data associated with SocialManager. It is intended to serve as the Meta User Data Deletion URL for the application.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email support@kodimi.com from the address associated with your SocialManager account, or include that address in the request.
  2. State that you want your SocialManager data deleted and identify the connected Pages or workspace records involved, if known.
  3. If you previously connected the app through Facebook, you may also remove the app from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings before or after sending the request.
  4. If we need more information to verify account ownership or clarify the scope of the request, we will reply by email before completing deletion.

What We Delete

Deletion scope is limited to data controlled by the application. Data stored directly by Meta or another third-party platform must be managed according to that provider’s own tools and policies.

  • Stored account-level application records linked to the requesting user, subject to ownership checks
  • Connected Page metadata stored for the workspace
  • Draft, scheduled, and published workflow records where deletion is permitted
  • Stored comment and inbox workflow records where deletion is permitted
  • Stored encrypted integration tokens and related token health records

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained for longer where necessary for limited records retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, security, or audit purposes. Retained data will be limited to the minimum needed for those purposes.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 14 days. If a request requires additional identity or ownership confirmation, the completion window may begin once that verification is complete.

Facebook App Removal

Removing the app from Facebook Apps and Websites settings prevents further data sharing through that authorization, but it may not automatically delete data already stored by the application. A deletion request to the support contact above is still recommended.
