Information We Collect

SocialManager currently stores authenticated account information needed to control access to the workspace, including account email, operator identity, and owner-scoped application records.

When Facebook Page connection is enabled, the platform is expected to process Facebook-related data required to deliver the service, such as connected Page metadata, Page identifiers, publishing queue data, scheduled and published post records, comment or inbox activity, webhook event projections, and token health metadata.

• Account identity and authentication state
• Connected Page metadata such as Page name, Page ID, category, profile image, and follower counts when available
• Drafts, scheduled posts, published post records, and related operational timestamps
• Comment, inbox, and webhook-derived activity needed to support moderation workflows
• Operational logs, error diagnostics, and audit-oriented metadata used to protect the service
• Encrypted tokens or credentials required to maintain approved integrations

How We Use Information

We use collected information to authenticate users, display Pages they have connected, publish or schedule content, process comment or inbox workflows, maintain queue state, detect failures, and protect the platform from abuse.

We do not request or retain Facebook data beyond what is reasonably necessary to operate the features the user has authorized.

• Provide access control and workspace functionality
• Operate content scheduling, publishing, and moderation flows
• Troubleshoot product issues and monitor system integrity
• Meet legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations where applicable

Legal Basis and User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to connect a Facebook Page, submit content, and instruct SocialManager to process information on behalf of that Page or business.

Where required by applicable law, we rely on contractual necessity, legitimate interests in securing and operating the service, user instruction, and legal obligations as the basis for processing.

Sharing and Subprocessors

We may share information with infrastructure and service providers that help us host, authenticate, monitor, and operate SocialManager, but only to the extent reasonably necessary to run the service.

We may also disclose information where required by law, valid legal process, or to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, maintain security records, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations. Where deletion is requested, we aim to complete deletion within 14 days.

Some records may be retained longer when needed for limited records retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, tax, security, or audit purposes.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and disclosure. These controls include authenticated access, owner-scoped records, and encrypted handling for stored integration secrets where supported.

Your Choices and Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or disconnection of your data by contacting support@kodimi.com. If you connected Facebook Pages through the platform, you can also remove the app from Facebook and then request deletion using the instructions on the Data Deletion page.
